Mark Rowland

Mark Rowland has served as Egencia’s general counsel and a member of its executive leadership team since 2011.

Mark joined Expedia Group in 2004, and has since held various other positions, including serving as Chief of Staff, and overseeing legal support for Hotwire, CarRentals.com, Expedia Affiliate Network (now EPS), Hotels.com (AMER), Air Supply and Expedia’s loyalty programmes.

Previously, Mark was an attorney at Perkins Coie, LLP, where his areas of emphasis included business law and commercial transactions; technology; sports law; and joint ventures and strategic alliances.

Mark has a B.A. from Stanford University and a J.D. from Seattle University School of Law. He also attended the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington, and Columbia University.
